เตือนภัย! มิจฉาชีพแอบอ้างเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่มหาวิทยาลัย

ขณะนี้มีมิจฉาชีพโทรศัพท์ด้วยเบอร์มือถือแอบอ้างเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่บุคคลของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อติดต่อให้ข้าราชการบำนาญ ผู้เกษียณ และบุคลากรจุฬาฯ มาทำบัตรข้าราชการบำนาญ มาอบรมการรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล มาเซ็นเอกสารต่าง ๆ และสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าราชการบำนาญ ผู้เกษียณ และบุคลากรจุฬาฯ

โปรดอย่าหลงเชื่อและให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวใด ๆ เด็ดขาด!

จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และสำนักบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ไม่มีนโยบายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ติดต่อข้าราชการบำนาญ ผู้เกษียณ และบุคลากรจุฬาฯ เพื่อขอให้ดำเนินการใด ๆ ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นอันขาด!

แนวทางปฏิบัติ หากพบเจอสถานการณ์แอบอ้าง:

ไม่ตอบกลับ ไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวใด ๆ

ตรวจสอบข้อมูล กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง (ตามเบอร์ติดต่อด้านล่าง)

แจ้งเบาะแส/แจ้งเหตุ ที่สายด่วน 1441 ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมออนไลน์

Fraud Alert! Scammers Impersonating University Officials

It has come to our attention that scammers have been making phone calls using mobile numbers and falsely claiming to be university HR officers. They are contacting retired civil servants, pensioners, and Chulalongkorn University staff, asking them to create or update pension ID cards, attend personal data protection training sessions, sign documents, and provide personal information.

Please do not believe or share any personal information under any circumstances!

Chulalongkorn University and the Office of Human Resource Management do not authorize staff to contact retirees, pensioners, or university personnel via mobile phone for any such requests.

.

If you encounter such situations:

Do not respond or provide any personal information.

Verify the information directly with the relevant department (using the official contact numbers below).

Report suspicious activity or incidents to the Anti-Online Crime Operations Center Hotline (1441).
