โครงการทุนการศึกษา สำหรับบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการได้พัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง หน่วยงาน และมหาวิทยาลัย

.

คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิ์สมัครขอรับทุนการศึกษา มีดังนี้

เป็นบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการ (พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ข้าราชการ หรือลูกจ้าง) ระดับ P7 หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป

ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดมาอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

มีผลการปฏิบัติงานที่ผ่านมาในระดับดีขึ้นไป ติดต่อกันอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และไม่มีข้อผูกพันกับหน่วยงานใด

สาขาวิชาที่จะเข้ารับการศึกษาต่อต้องตรงกับความต้องการของหน่วยงาน และเป็นหลักสูตรจุฬาฯ ที่เปิดสอนนอกเวลาทำการ

มีมติเห็นชอบจากส่วนงาน/หน่วยงาน ให้เสนอรายชื่อบุคลากรผู้ที่ขอรับทุน

มหาวิทยาลัยสนับสนุน (ค่าเล่าเรียนและค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา) ตามระยะเวลาขั้นต่ำของหลักสูตร ในอัตราที่มหาวิทยาลัยเรียกเก็บตามจริง ปีการศึกษาละไม่เกิน 120,000 บาท โดยผู้รับทุนต้องปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดเพื่อชดใช้ทุนเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 เท่า ของระยะเวลาที่ได้รับทุน

ผู้ประสงค์ขอรับทุนการศึกษา สามารถจัดส่งใบสมัครได้ที่หน่วยงานต้นสังกัด เพื่อรวบรวมและพิจารณาเสนอรายชื่อภายในวันที่ส่วนงานกำหนด

ทั้งนี้ หน่วยงานต้นสังกัด จัดส่งแบบเสนอชื่อผู้ประสงค์ขอรับทุนการศึกษา ภายในวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ที่ฝ่ายการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ สำนักบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการพิจารณาจัดสรรทุนการศึกษาต่อไป

Scholarship Program for Operational Staff, Fiscal Year 2026 ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

.

This program aims to encourage operational staff to enhance their knowledge and skills for the benefit of themselves, their departments, and the university.

.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an operational staff member (university employee, civil servant, or permanent employee) at level P7 or higher, or equivalent.

Must have continuously served in their current department for at least two years.

Must have received a performance rating of “Good” or higher for at least two consecutive years.

Must hold a bachelor’s degree and have no outstanding obligations to other organizations.

The chosen field of study must align with the department’s needs and be part of a Chulalongkorn University off-hours program.

Must have received endorsement from their faculty/department to be nominated for the scholarship.

Scholarship Coverage:

The university will support tuition and educational fees according to the minimum study duration of the program, up to 120,000 THB per academic year, based on actual university charges. Recipients are required to serve in their department for a period at least equal to the duration of the scholarship as a service commitment.

Interested staff members should submit their application to their department, which will compile and consider the nominations according to the department’s internal schedule.

.

Departments must submit the list of nominated candidates to the Learning and Human Resource Development Division, Office of Human Resource Management, by 14 November 2025, for further consideration by the Scholarship Allocation Committee.
