สำนักงานบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย แจ้งเปลี่ยนการใช้งานอีเมลสำหรับผู้เกษียณประจำปี 2568 โดยมีอีเมลใหม่ใช้งานได้ตลอดชีพ และกำหนดการยุติการใช้งานอีเมลเดิม

📬 ท่านยังสามารถรับอีเมลที่ส่งถึงอีเมลเดิม @chula.ac.th ได้ตามปกติ โดยระบบจะส่งต่อไปยังอีเมลใหม่ @retired.chula.ac.th โดยอัตโนมัติ
🔐 ตรวจสอบรหัสผ่าน/วิธีใช้งาน ได้ในอีเมลเดิม @chula.ac.th (หัวข้อ “การใช้งานอีเมล @retired.chula.ac.th”)

📅 สิ่งที่ต้องดำเนินการ ก่อน 2 ก.พ. 2569
• เปิดใช้งานอีเมลใหม่: ล็อกอินเข้าใช้งานอีเมลใหม่ @retired.chula.ac.th และเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน เพื่อความปลอดภัย
• สำรองข้อมูลสำคัญ: สำรอง/ย้ายข้อมูลจากอีเมลเดิม @chula.ac.th และ OneDrive ออกจากระบบเดิม

⏰ กำหนดการสำคัญ
ตั้งแต่ 2 ก.พ. 69 อีเมลเดิม @chula.ac.th จะใช้งานไม่ได้! ข้อมูลทั้งหมด (อีเมล/OneDrive) จะถูกลบออกจากระบบ

📢 Email service update for CU retirees (Cohort 2568)

The Office of Information Technology Services, Chulalongkorn University, announces the new lifetime email service for retirees and the decommissioning schedule of the old accounts.

💡 Key details
✉️ New email: @retired.chula.ac.th — available for lifetime use.
📬 Messages sent to your old address @chula.ac.th will still arrive and will be automatically forwarded to @retired.chula.ac.th.
🔐 Find your password/how-to in your old @chula.ac.th mailbox (subject: “การใช้งานอีเมล @retired.chula.ac.th”).

📅 Actions required by 2 February 2569
• Activate your new mailbox: log in to @retired.chula.ac.th and change your password for security.
• Backup important data: back up/migrate data from your old @chula.ac.th mailbox and OneDrive out of the old system.

⏰ Important date
From 2 Feb 69 your old @chula.ac.th account will be unavailable and all data (Email/OneDrive) will be removed from the system.

✅ What you should do
Please complete your email and OneDrive backup/migration before 2 February 2569 to avoid data loss.
