คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ เปิดระบบ “Intania weWork” เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการค้นหาและจองห้องสำหรับการประชุม/กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านออนไลน์ ผู้ใช้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลห้องและทำการจองได้ครบจบในที่เดียว

🔎 ตรวจสอบห้องว่าง และค้นหาตามขนาด/ความจุ
🧰 เลือกห้องตามอุปกรณ์ภายในห้อง
🖼️ ดูภาพห้องแบบ 360 องศา ก่อนตัดสินใจ
📝 ส่งคำขอจองห้องผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ทันที

ขั้นตอนการยืนยันการจอง
1️⃣ ส่งคำขอจอง → รอหัวหน้างาน/หัวหน้าภาคอนุมัติ
2️⃣ เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบว่า “มีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือไม่”
✅ กรณีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย: ระบบยืนยันการจองอัตโนมัติ และจะแสดงผลบนจอหน้าห้อง
💳 กรณีมีค่าใช้จ่าย: สามารถส่งสลิปผ่านระบบเพื่อยืนยันการจองได้

หมายเหตุ
🔔 ระบบ “จองสถานที่” ใช้สำหรับการจัดประชุม/กิจกรรมต่างๆ เท่านั้น หากเป็นการใช้ห้องเรียนเพื่อการเรียนการสอน โปรดยื่นคำร้องผ่านภารกิจทะเบียนตามช่องทางปกติ

📢 New on Intania weWork: Venue booking is now available

The Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, has launched the Intania weWork “Venue” system to make it easier to search for and book rooms for meetings or activities online. Users can review room details and complete bookings in one place.

🔎 Check room availability and search by size/capacity
🧰 Filter rooms by in-room equipment
🖼️ View 360-degree room images before deciding
📝 Submit booking requests online immediately

Booking confirmation steps
1️⃣ Submit a booking request → wait for approval from your supervisor/department head
2️⃣ Staff will check whether any fee applies
✅ If no fee: the system confirms the booking automatically and it will be shown on the display at the room
💳 If a fee applies: upload the payment slip in the system to confirm the booking

Note
🔔 The “Venue” system is for meetings/activities. For classroom use for teaching, please submit a request via the Registrar unit through the usual channel.
