⚖️ อบรม “พื้นฐานกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์” สำหรับบุคลากรจุฬาฯ

ขอเชิญบุคลากรจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านกฎหมาย หัวข้อ “พื้นฐานกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ สำหรับบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย” เพื่อเสริมความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องและพร้อมนำไปใช้ในการทำงานภายใต้กฎหมายและระเบียบของมหาวิทยาลัย

รายละเอียดการจัดอบรม
💡 วันที่และเวลา: วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 09.00–12.00 น.
📍 สถานที่: ห้อง 801 ชั้น 8 อาคารเฉลิมราชกุมารี 60 พรรษา (อาคารจามจุรี 10)
👥 ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วม: บุคลากรจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 200 คน
📝 รับสมัคร: ถึงวันที่ 10 เมษายน 2569 หรือจนกว่าจะเต็มจำนวน

ข้อกำหนดสำคัญ (โปรดอ่านก่อนลงทะเบียน)
1) โปรดตรวจสอบชื่อ-ตัวสะกดของท่านให้เรียบร้อยก่อนกดสมัคร โดยผู้จัดจะยึดข้อมูลที่ท่านสมัครมาเพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าอบรม และไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณีหากไม่สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบฝึกอบรมได้ ในกรณีที่ผู้สมัครกรอกข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง
2) หากพบรายชื่อซ้ำจะยึดการลงทะเบียนครั้งล่าสุด และดำเนินการลบรายชื่อที่ซ้ำออก โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า (ไม่สามารถลงชื่อซ้ำเพื่อจองสิทธิ์ได้)
3) ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมมีระยะเวลาในการเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรมครบ 100% จึงจะผ่านการอบรม และได้รับใบประกาศนียบัตร (Certificate)
4) หากลงทะเบียนแล้วแต่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมได้หรือประสงค์ให้บุคคลอื่นในหน่วยงานเข้าร่วมแทน โปรดแจ้งผู้จัดไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วันก่อนวันจัดโครงการ
5) หากลงทะเบียนแล้วแต่ไม่มาเข้าร่วมและไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าน้อยกว่า 7 วัน จะถือว่า “ขาดการอบรม”
6) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธผู้เข้าร่วมที่ไม่ได้รับการยืนยันเข้าร่วมอบรมในวันจัดโครงการ (ไม่รับ Walk-In)
7) ผู้จัดงานจะทำบันทึกแจ้งยืนยันเข้าร่วมอบรมส่งไปยังหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดของท่าน หลังปิดรับสมัครหรือมีผู้สมัครครบจำนวนสิทธิ์
8) กำหนดการอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสมโดยไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Chulalongkorn University personnel are invited to join the legal knowledge development program on “Copyright Law Basics for University Staff” to build correct awareness, align with social context, and support compliant work under university rules and relevant laws.

📍 Venue: Room 801, 8th Floor, Chalerm Rajakumari 60th Anniversary Building (Chamchuri 10)
👥 Eligibility: Chulalongkorn University personnel, up to 200 participants
📝 Registration period: Until 10 April 2569 or until full

Important notes (please read before registering)
1) Please check your name and spelling before submitting. The organizer will use your submitted data for training records and will not be responsible in any case if your record cannot be saved in the training system due to incorrect information you provided.
2) If duplicate names are found, only the latest registration will be kept. Duplicate entries will be deleted without prior notice (you cannot register multiple times to reserve a seat).
3) Participants must attend 100% of the training to pass and receive a certificate.
4) If you have registered but cannot attend, or wish to have someone else in your unit attend instead, please inform the organizer at least 7 days before the project date.
5) If you register but do not attend and do not notify in advance, or notify less than 7 days in advance, it will be considered an absence from training.
6) The organizer reserves the right to refuse participants who have not received attendance confirmation on the event day (no walk-ins).
7) A confirmation memo will be sent to your parent unit after registration closes or when the quota is full.
8) The schedule may change as appropriate without prior notice.
